Lah De Dahhh

What the hell has happened to my control?

I had a plan to eat 300 cal today, buttttt...

- yoghurt / weetbix 90.5
- banana bread 140
- nuts 96
- dates / dried apricots 60
- homemade dumplings (what the hell?) 250

636.5

No more until breakfast tomorrow morning.


I'm stuck in a weird place at the moment - I want to lose quickly, I want to fix my screwed metabolism, I want to stop binging and I realise I need to eat so my brain can function for school.

I don't know what to do, because I can't have all of those options despite the fact that all of it would be excellent :)

  1. What you ate (besides the dumplings, but depends on what kind they were) was stuff that's good for you, so even though 636 calories is more than you planned, you still shouldn't consider it any kind of failure :D
