I'm starting to blog again!
I know - it's absurd.
This most excellent idea came from a very lovely friend of mine, Sadie Astoria. She's in recovery at the moment - you can find her at reboundxx.blogspot.com
So essentially, each day I plan on tracking my progress. I think it's a good idea for me to write down my calories / exercise each day because the last couple of months I've gained due to some disgusting and uncalled for binges.
As well as all of this, I am in my final year of high school and will hopefully get through the next three months. So uh ... yes :)
